For Visiting Patients
If you are planning a vacation in Estonia and need hemodialysis treatment, we recommend contacting us as early as possible so that we can plan your dialysis treatment according to your needs.
We also accept patients from abroad, including those covered under the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), as well as patients living outside the European Union.

The questionnaire is intended for dialysis patients who are temporarily staying in Estonia and require treatment under the European Health Insurance Card. The form collects the necessary personal and medical information, as well as details about the period of stay in Estonia and the need for treatment.
Please include up-to-date treatment information, consent forms, and a copy of the European Health Insurance Card.
